DMCA and content removal policy

Copyright notices (17 U.S.C. §512(c)(3))

Send written notices to npeters@yourleaderinluxury.com with the subject "Copyright notice." A valid notice must include:

• A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act for them
• Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed
• Identification of the allegedly infringing material and its exact page address
• Your name, mailing address, telephone number and email address
• A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the owner, its agent or the law
• A statement that the information in the notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act for the owner

A registered DMCA designated agent has not been verified for this website; notices sent to the email above will be reviewed.

Counter-notices (17 U.S.C. §512(g))

If material you posted or own was removed and you believe it was a mistake, send a counter-notice including:

• Your physical or electronic signature
• Identification of the removed material and where it appeared
• A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief it was removed by mistake or misidentification
• Your name, address and telephone number, and consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for your address (or, if outside the U.S., any district where the publisher may be found), and agreement to accept service from the person who sent the original notice

Misrepresentation warning

Under 17 U.S.C. §512(f), anyone who knowingly and materially misrepresents that material is infringing, or was removed by mistake, may be liable for damages, including costs and attorneys' fees.

Other removal and correction requests

• Privacy: if a page contains your personal information, tell us which page and what information.
• Factual corrections: identify the text and provide the correct fact and a source.
• Images: identify the image; note that images on this website are illustrative and do not depict specific properties.
• Property information: if you believe a page describes your property, identify the page and the concern.
