These Terms of Use are an agreement between you and Nicholas and Miriam Peters ([Legal entity name, if any — to be confirmed]) ("we," "us"). By actively using harrisburghomesnc.com, including its tools, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website. Nothing here depends on cookie choices; declining optional cookies never limits access to ordinary content.

Eligibility and lawful use

You must be at least 16 years old, or use the website with a parent or guardian's involvement, and must use it only for lawful purposes and in line with these terms.

Your limited license

We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to view and use this website for your own personal, non-commercial purposes. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

• Scrape, crawl, harvest or use automated extraction, except ordinary search-engine indexing that follows our robots rules
• Bulk-download, copy, republish, sell, frame or mirror the website or substantial parts of it
• Use website content to train, fine-tune, evaluate or build artificial-intelligence or machine-learning systems or datasets without our written permission, except where applicable law allows such use regardless of these terms
• Impersonate the publisher, the Peters businesses or any person, or misrepresent your affiliation
• Upload or transmit malware, attempt unauthorized access, probe, scan or security-test the website without written authorization, or interfere with its operation
• Use the website's tools to submit unlawful, harassing, confidential or other people's personal information
• Remove or alter copyright, trademark or other notices

Your decisions are your responsibility

The website offers general information. You are responsible for decisions you make and for verifying facts with the appropriate organization or licensed professional before acting.

No warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the website, content and tools (including the AI neighborhood suggestions and the map) are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the website will be accurate, complete, current, uninterrupted, secure or error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the broadest extent permitted by applicable law, we and the Peters businesses, and our owners, employees and agents, are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost savings, lost opportunities or lost data, arising from or related to your use of, or inability to use, the website or its content, even if advised of the possibility. Our total liability for any claim relating to the website is limited to one hundred U.S. dollars (US$100).

IMPORTANT: Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation of certain damages. In those places, these provisions apply only to the extent the law allows, and your non-waivable legal rights are not affected.

Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless the publisher and the Peters businesses from claims, losses and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your misuse of the website or your violation of these terms or of anyone else's rights.

Linked websites and services

Links go to our own pages and to websites in the Peters portfolio. Services offered by any business are governed by that business's own agreements, not by these terms. The map uses OpenStreetMap tiles when you allow embedded maps; that service is governed by its own terms.

Intellectual property

The website's original text, compilations, design, graphics and software are owned by or licensed to the publisher and protected by copyright and other laws. See the Copyright and Rights of Use Notice.

Feedback and submissions

If you send ideas, corrections or other feedback, you allow us to use it without obligation to you. Do not send confidential information. Text entered into the neighborhood tool is handled as described in the Privacy Notice and AI Disclosure.

Electronic communications
